## Ingredients

- brown sugar
- black pepper
- chilli powder
- streaky bacon

## Instructions

1. Place the brown sugar in a bowl.
2. Add some black pepper and chilli powder.
3. Give it a little mix around.
4. Sprinkle it over some streaky bacon.
5. Cook at 135 degrees for about 40 minutes.
6. Let them cool on a cooling rack.
