# Mississippi Beef Sloppy Joes on Garlic Bread

## Ingredients

- 1.5 pound ground beef
- 1 pack garlic Texas toast
- seasoning (optional)
- 0.75-1 cup unsalted beef broth
- 2 tbsp ranch seasoning
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 0.25 cup peperoncini juice
- to taste peperoncini, chopped
- to taste provolone cheese
- to taste pepper (optional)

## Instructions

1. Cook the ground beef in a large skillet until done.
2. Place garlic Texas toast on a sheet pan.
3. Drain grease from the cooked ground beef and season as desired.
4. Add beef broth, ranch seasoning, and au jus gravy packet to the beef.
5. Add peperoncini juice and chopped peperoncini to the skillet and let simmer.
6. Bake the garlic Texas toast in the oven according to package directions.
7. Flatten the middle of each piece of toasted garlic bread with a spoon.
8. Top the bread with the meat mixture and a slice of provolone cheese, then sprinkle with pepper.
9. Return to the oven until the cheese melts.
