## Ingredients

## Instructions

1. Add cream cheese to a bowl.
2. Add sweet condensed milk to the bowl.
3. Add instant coffee to the bowl.
4. Add vanilla extract to the bowl.
5. Add milk to the bowl.
6. Mix the ingredients with an electric mixer until smooth.
7. Add instant coffee to a separate glass baking dish.
8. Add water to the instant coffee and mix.
9. Dip biscuits into the coffee mixture.
10. Arrange a layer of dipped biscuits in the bottom of a glass baking dish.
11. Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the biscuits.
12. Add another layer of dipped biscuits.
13. Add another layer of cream mixture.
14. Add the final layer of dipped biscuits.
15. Spread the remaining cream mixture on top.
16. Sprinkle cocoa powder on top for garnish.
