## Ingredients

- 1 huevo
- 0.5 taza azúcar
- 0.25 taza aceite
- 1 pizca sal
- 1 limón
- 2 tazas harina 0000
- 1 cucharadita polvo para hornear

## Instructions

1. Mezclar un huevo con media taza de azúcar, un cuarto de taza de aceite, una pizca de sal, ralladura y jugo de un limón.
2. Agregar dos tazas de harina común con una cucharadita de polvo para hornear o harina leudante.
3. Formar una masa y estirarla.
4. Cortar las galletitas con un cortante.
5. Pincelar con jugo de limón y agregar azúcar por arriba.
6. Hornear a horno medio por 10 minutos.
