## Ingredients

- pasta

- 4 spicchi garlic
- tomato paste
- 2 peperoncini
- tomatoes
- salt
- pepper
- basilico
- parmigiano

## Instructions

1. Cut the tomatoes with a german ingenieria
2. Pour some oil in the pan, add the garlic, the tomato paste and the peperoncini
3. Add the tomatoes
4. Add salt and pepper
5. Blend the mixture with burrata
6. Boil the pasta
7. Pour the sauce in the pan with the pasta
8. Add basilico and parmigiano
