## Ingredients

- olive oil
- ground meat
- red onion
- parsley
- briningdorf
- cumin
- curcuma
- harissa
- cream cheese
- puff pastry
- egg

## Instructions

1. Pour olive oil into a pan.
2. Add ground meat and chop it with a spatula.
3. Add red onion and parsley.
4. Add briningdorf, cumin, curcuma, harissa and mix well.
5. Add cream cheese and mix well.
6. Cut the puff pastry, add cream cheese and meat mix and close the dough.
7. Fry each side of the dough in the pan.
8. Brush with egg.
9. Garnish with parsley.
