## Ingredients

- 800 ml leche fría
- 100 gr azúcar
- 100 gr maicena
- 200 ml café
- 1 cacao en polvo

## Instructions

1. En una olla, mezclar la leche fría, la maicena y el azúcar hasta integrar todo sin grumos.
2. Agregar una taza de café.
3. Llevar al fuego y remover hasta que espese.
4. Pasar la mezcla a un molde, tapar con film y refrigerar unas horas.
5. Desmoldar y espolvorear cacao en polvo por encima.
