3. Once half the water is gone, add fat-free evaporated milk to make it extra creamy.
4. Bring it back to a boil.
5. Turn off the heat.
6. Add grated cheddar cheese, grated mozzarella, and nutritional yeast for cheesier flavor and extra protein.
7. Keep stirring off the heat.
8. Add your choice of seasonings and a bit more evaporated milk until it's nice and creamy.
9. Divide it into four equal servings and enjoy.

## Equipment

- pot

## Tips

- Make sure to stir the pot from start to finish the entire time to ensure none of the pasta gets stuck at the bottom.
- Towards the end, once all the cheese mixes have been added, if at any point the consistency is too thick you can always add a bit more evaporated milk to make it creamier.
- When reheating, add a drop of milk and stir it together. This will help the pasta warm up and become creamy again without splitting.
