# Cookies de Brownie

These brownie cookies are delicious and very easy to prepare.

## Ingredients

- 2 huevos
- 180 gr azúcar
- 120 gr manteca
- 200 gr chocolate semi amargo
- 50 gr cacao amargo
- 120 gr harina 0000
- 1 cdta polvo de hornear

## Instructions

1. Beat the eggs together with the sugar until it is quite foamy.
2. Melt the semi-bitter chocolate together with the butter in a saucepan.
3. Let it cool a little and add it to the egg and sugar mixture.
4. Integrate and finally add the dry ingredients, sift the flour, bitter cocoa and a teaspoon of baking powder.
5. Integrate everything well until it looks like the video and then take the mixture to the refrigerator for a while until you can form balls.
6. Pass the balls to a greased plate.
7. Bake at 180 degrees for approximately 12 minutes.
