## Ingredients

- 1 lb italian sausage
- 12 nasoya wonton wraps
- 1 cup shredded mexican cheese blend
- 1 bottle ranch dressing
- 1 cup diced bell pepper

## Instructions

1. Brown 1 lb of italian sausage in a frying pan and drain the excess fat using paper towels.
2. Place wonton wrappers into a muffin tin to create little cups.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded mexican cheese blend, ranch dressing and diced bell pepper.
4. Add the cooked and drained sausage to the bowl and mix well.
5. Spoon the mixture into each wonton cup.
6. Bake at 350°F for 5 minutes.
