## Ingredients

- matcha
- flour
- egg yolk
- 120 g egg white
- 43 g icing sugar

## Instructions

1. Add matcha, flour, egg yolk, egg white, and icing sugar to a container.

3. Strain the mixture.
4. Pour the mixture into a cream dispenser.
5. Fill paper cups with the matcha mixture from the cream dispenser.
6. Microwave the cups for 1 minute.
7. Remove the sponge from the cups.
