# Cheesy Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole

## Ingredients

- 1 lb sausage
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
- 2 tsp onion salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 6 eggs
- 0.25 cup heavy cream
- 0.5 pack bacon, cooked & crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
- 28 oz bag tater tots
- butter

## Instructions

1. Cook the sausage in a pan and break it up into pieces.
2. Cook the sausage for 5-7 minutes.
3. Add crushed red pepper, onion salt, garlic powder to the sausage.
4. Mix it in and then cook the sausage until it's fully cooked through.
5. In a large bowl, add eggs, heavy cream, salt and pepper.
6. Whisk up the eggs and the heavy cream until they're fully combined.
7. Add crumbled bacon, cooked sausage and shredded cheddar cheese.
8. Mix that up until it's combined.
9. Gently stir in mini tater tots.
10. Dump into a buttered baking dish.
11. Flatten it out.
12. Sprinkle the top with more shredded cheddar cheese.
13. Layer the rest of the tater tots on top of the cheese.
14. Spray with cooking oil.
15. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes until gooey and golden brown.
