# Coroa de Cerejas e Amêndoas

## Ingredients

- 170 g amêndoas laminadas
- 85 g açúcar de confeiteiro
- 2 claras de ovos
- 1 laranja
- 80 g cerejas glaceadas picadas
- Chantilly

## Instructions

1. Em uma tigela, misture delicadamente as amêndoas em flocos, as cerejas glaceadas, as raspas de laranja, as claras de ovos e o açúcar de confeiteiro.
2. Forre 2 assadeiras com papel manteiga e divida a mistura em discos redondos de 20 cm.
3. Asse no forno a 150 °C por aproximadamente 15 minutos.
4. Monte cuidadosamente, colocando chantilly entre cada camada.
