## Ingredients

- 1 sweet potatoes
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon honey

## Instructions

1. Peel and mash the sweet potatoes.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes and peanut butter.
3. Add the eggs, salt, cinnamon, baking soda and honey to the bowl.
4. Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
5. Place the muffin liners in the muffin tin.
6. Scoop the batter into the muffin liners.
7. Bake the muffins in the preheated oven.
