## Ingredients

- 1 pork loin
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mixed pepper
- 8 onion
- 12 potato

## Instructions

1. Mix mayonnaise and mixed pepper in a bowl.
2. Cover the pork loin with the mixture.
3. Cut the onions into slices.
4. Place the sliced onions on the bottom of the baking dish.
5. Put the pork loin on top of the onions.
6. Place the potatoes around the meat.
7. Bake at 190°C for 2 hours.
8. Pour some of the liquid from the baking dish over the meat.
9. Serve with potatoes.
