## Ingredients

- 8 whole mozzarella cheese stick
- 2-3 whole egg
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup italian breadcrumbs
- 1/4 tsp dried parsley
- 1 cup marinara sauce (optional)

## Instructions

1. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, cut the mozzarella sticks in half, and set aside.
2. Whisk the eggs in a bowl until smooth.
3. Stir the flour, garlic powder, and salt together in a second bowl.
4. Stir together the breadcrumbs and parsley in a third bowl.
5. Dip one mozzarella stick into the egg bowl, allowing excess to drip off, then coat completely in the flour.
6. Dip the stick back into the egg mixture and then coat completely in the breadcrumb mixture.
7. Place on the lined cookie sheet and freeze for 25 minutes.
8. Once frozen, repeat the process of dipping each stick into the egg mixture and then into the breadcrumbs.
9. Place back into the freezer for at least 25 minutes.
10. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
11. Spray the air fryer and the mozzarella sticks with cooking spray.
12. Place the mozzarella sticks in the air fryer and cook for five to seven minutes, flipping at four minutes if necessary.
13. Remove from the air fryer when the cheese starts to bubble and allow to cool slightly before serving.
