## Ingredients

- 3 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 2 cup corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mexican blend cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled cotija cheese
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 whole lime juice
- salt (optional)
- pepper (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- crushed tortilla chips or bread crumbs (optional)

## Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayo, lime juice, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Stir in the chicken, corn, Mexican blend cheese, and cilantro until everything is well coated.
4. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
5. Sprinkle the cotija cheese over the top and add optional crushed tortilla chips or breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
6. Bake uncovered until hot and bubbly.
