# Strawberry Shortcake Ice Cream Pie

## Ingredients

- 439 g golden Oreos
- 0.25 cup melted butter
- 1 block cream cheese
- 0.25 cup granulated sugar
- 3 cups frozen strawberries
- 1.5 cups whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pack strawberry Jell-O
- 0.25 cup melted butter

## Instructions

1. Crush the golden Oreos in a food processor to use as both the crust and crumble.
2. Use half of the crushed Oreos for the crust and reserve the other half for the crumble later.
3. Add a quarter cup of melted butter to the crust crumbs and work it in.
4. Press the buttered crumbs firmly into the bottom of a pie dish.
5. Set the pie crust aside and get another bowl.
6. In the new bowl, combine one block of cream cheese and a quarter cup of granulated sugar.
7. Mix the cream cheese and sugar until nice and creamy with a mixer, then set aside.
8. Blend three cups of frozen strawberries in a blender.
9. Add the blended frozen strawberries to the cream cheese mixture and mix until combined.
10. Set the strawberry cream cheese mixture aside.
11. In a separate bowl, whip 1.5 cups of whipping cream and a teaspoon of vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
12. Gently fold the fresh whipping cream into the strawberry cream cheese mixture.
13. Pour the filling into the prepared pie shell.
14. For the shortcake crumble topping, take the reserved golden Oreo crumbs.
15. Add a pack of strawberry Jell-O to the Oreo crumbs for color and mix it through.
16. Add a quarter cup of melted butter to the Jell-O and Oreo crumb mixture and work it in to get a crumble consistency.
17. Sprinkle the crumble on top of the pie.
18. Freeze the pie overnight, for at least 8 hours.
19. Take the pie out of the freezer about 20 minutes before serving.
