## Ingredients

- 2 dash orange bitters
- 22.5 ml Elderflower Liqueur
- 60 ml Hibiscus Gin
- ice
- orange peel

## Instructions

1. Infuse and strain gin and dried hibiscus.
2. Add 2 dashes of orange bitters to a mixing glass.
3. Add 22.5ml of elderflower liqueur.
4. Add 60ml of hibiscus gin.
5. Add ice to the mixing glass.
6. Stir the ingredients in the mixing glass.
7. Add a large ice cube to an old fashioned glass.
8. Strain the cocktail into the glass.
9. Express oils from an orange peel over the drink and use it as a garnish.
