# Salsa Botanera

## Ingredients

- 5 tomates
- 1 chiles jalapeño
- 2 chiles de árbol
- 1 chile guajillo
- orégano
- sal
- cilantro
- cebolla morada
- pimienta negra

## Instructions

1. Cocer los tomates, chiles jalapeños, chiles de árbol y chile guajillo en agua hirviendo.
2. Agregar los ingredientes cocidos a la licuadora.
3. Añadir orégano y sal a la licuadora.
4. Licuar los ingredientes hasta obtener una salsa homogénea.
5. Picar cilantro y cebolla morada.
6. Verter la salsa licuada sobre el cilantro y la cebolla picados en un recipiente.
7. Añadir pimienta negra al gusto.
8. Mezclar bien todos los ingredientes.
