- 2 tablespoons salt
- 0.5 spice mix
- 3 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons cumin
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
- 1 tablespoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- 48 oz chicken breast
- 50 g butter
- 2 onions
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons ginger paste
- 4 tablespoons tomato paste
- 0.5 spice mix
- 14.5 oz canned tomatoes
- 150 ml water
- 1 handful cilantro/stems
- 200 g low fat Greek yogurt
- 15 g butter
- 1 handful cilantro
- 200 g basmati rice
- 350 g Chicken bone broth
- 11 burrito tortillas
- 600 g low fat greek yogurt
- 1 lemon
- 80 ml milk
- 15 g honey
- 1 handful chives/cilantro

## Instructions

1. Make the marinade: Combine yogurt, minced garlic, ginger paste, lemon juice, salt, and half of the spice mix.
2. Marinate the chicken breast for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight.
3. Make the masala sauce: Sauté onions until translucent, then add minced garlic, ginger paste, and tomato paste. Simmer for a minute, then add the remaining spice mix, canned tomatoes, water, and cilantro. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
4. Blend the masala sauce until completely smooth.
5. Add low-fat Greek yogurt, butter, cilantro and salt to taste to the sauce, and mix well.
6. Grill or broil the marinated chicken until charred, approximately 10 minutes. Dice the chicken into small pieces.
7. Add the diced chicken to the masala sauce and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
8. Mix in cooked basmati rice (cooked in chicken bone broth for extra protein and flavor, optional).
9. Assemble the burritos: Spoon the chicken mixture onto burrito tortillas, add cilantro, roll tightly and wrap in foil.
10. Store the burritos frozen for meal prep.
