## Ingredients

- 1 ripe banana
- 0.5 cup smooth peanut butter
- 2 tbsp cacao/cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 0.25 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 dessicated coconut

## Instructions

1. Mash the banana really well in a bowl with a fork, ensuring there are minimal lumps left.
2. Add the peanut butter, cacao/cocoa, liquid sweetener, coconut oil, cinnamon, and salt. Mix really well with a spoon to combine.
3. Line a glass or plastic tupperware with some baking paper and add the mixture. Flatten well with a silicone spatula, ensuring it’s evenly spread out and touching the sides.
4. Top with the coconut.
5. Allow for the fudge to harden in the freezer for around 30 minutes. Remove from the freezer and from the tupperware. You may need to use a knife to loosen the fudge from the sides of the container. Remove the paper from the bottom and cut it into 12-15 squares.
