## Ingredients

- 1 large large salmon fillet, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 large large onion, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp fresh orange juice
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp paprika
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
- Optional lemon wedges
- Optional fresh parsley, chopped

## Instructions

1. Pat salmon and shrimp very dry, then season both with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
2. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a wide skillet and cook the onion slices until soft and golden. Scoot onions to the edges so they keep caramelizing.
3. Add the remaining 1 tbsp olive oil, then sear salmon bites in a single layer. Cook 2 minutes, flip gently, then cook 1 minute more — just to set the outside.
4. Push salmon to one side and add shrimp to the open space. Cook 1–2 minutes until just turning pink, then lower the heat.
5. Pour in the glaze: butter, honey, soy sauce, orange juice, orange zest, and garlic powder. Let it bubble gently 1–2 minutes, spooning over everything until glossy and sticky.
6. Turn off the heat and let it sit 1 minute. Serve with lemon wedges and parsley if you like.
