8. Mix and let it simmer.
9. Add hot dog, sweet ham, and diced cheese.
10. Optionally, fry the hot dog and ham before adding.
11. Add ketchup, a small pouch is sufficient to avoid overpowering the spaghetti sauce.
12. Add cheese powder, which is a technique for enhanced flavor.
13. Cook Del Monte spaghetti noodles for 6 minutes.
14. Add olive oil to the cooked noodles.
15. Assemble the spaghetti by adding quick-melt cheese while the sauce is still hot so it melts.

## Tips

- To make the tomato paste more flavorful, sauté it until the oil splits or rises.
- For diced cheese, it's really good when you can dice them so they'll be whole when you eat them.
- Don't overdo the ketchup, especially if using Filipino style spaghetti sauce, as it will make the whole sauce taste like ketchup.
- A small pouch of ketchup is sufficient.
- Adding cheese powder is a technique that enhances the flavor.
- To make the shelf life of the sauce longer, add vinegar towards the end of cooking.
