## Ingredients

- 1 bowl Ricotta cheese
- 1 small bowl Pasta water
- 2 lemons Lemon zest
- 1 lemon Lemon juice
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 sprinkle Pecorino Romano cheese

## Instructions

1. Add ricotta cheese to a bowl.
2. Use pasta water to make a thick cream.
3. Add the zest of two lemons.
4. Add a little lemon juice, salt and pepper.
5. Add the cooked pasta.
6. Mix well.
7. Add Pecorino Romano cheese, a sprinkle of zest and pepper.
