# Salsa aguacatosa

## Ingredients

- 2 whole chile poblano
- 1 whole calabaza
- 1 piece onion
- 2 whole chile serrano
- 2 clove garlic
- oil, for frying
- salt
- pepper
- oil, added in a stream during blending

## Instructions

1. Roughly chop the poblano chiles and calabaza.
2. Heat oil in a skillet and add the chopped poblano, calabaza, a piece of onion, serrano chiles, and garlic cloves.
3. Cover the skillet and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
4. Stir the vegetables, cover again, and cook for another 10 minutes.
5. Transfer the cooked vegetables to a blender.
6. Add salt and pepper to the blender and blend until smooth.
7. While blending, pour in a thin stream of oil until the mixture reaches a creamy consistency.
