# Gorgon Cake

## Ingredients

- 2 cups pink powder
- 1 cup orange jam

## Instructions

1. Sift the pink powder onto a surface.
2. Make a well in the center of the sifted powder and add the orange jam.
3. Mix the jam with the powder using your hands until a dough is formed.
4. Place the dough into the wooden frame.
5. Using a rolling pin, flatten the dough until it is even.
6. Place the flattened dough into the bamboo steamer and steam it.
7. Once steamed, remove the dough and peel off the leaves.
8. Cut the dough into squares using a knife and a wooden stick as guides.
