# Muffiny czekoladowe

## Ingredients

- 2 szklanki mąka
- 0.5 szklanki cukier
- 1 2 łyżki proszek do pieczenia
- 3 łyżki kakao
- 0.5 szklanki olej
- 1 szklanka maślanka
- 1 jajko
- 1 gorzka czekolada

## Instructions

1. Add 2 glasses of flour to a bowl.
2. Add half a glass of sugar.
3. Add 2 spoons of cocoa.
4. Add baking powder.
5. Mix the dry ingredients.
6. Add half a glass of oil to another bowl.
7. Add a glass of buttermilk.
8. Add 1 egg.
9. Mix the wet ingredients.
10. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix lightly.
11. Cut the chocolate bar in pieces and add half of it to the mixture, keep the other half for later.
12. Add the batter to the muffin forms.
13. Add the rest of the chocolate on top.
14. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.

## Tips

- When mixing the ingredients don't use a mixer, use a spoon instead.
- Add a lot of cocoa to the mixture to make them truly chocolate-y.
