## Ingredients

- 5 whole huevo
- 350 g queso crema
- 150 g queso curado de oveja
- 60 g eritritol

## Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps.
3. Pour the mixture into a mold lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake in the air fryer at 150°C.
5. Remove from the air fryer and let it cool.
