## Ingredients

- 1 onion
- 4 hot dogs
- Dillon mustard
- puff pastry
- egg
- ketchup
- mustard

## Instructions

1. Cut the ends off of the onion, remove the skin and slice into rings.
2. Fry the hot dogs in a pan.
3. Remove the hot dogs from the pan.
4. Cover each hot dog with Dijon mustard.
5. Cook the onions in the same pan until caramelized.
6. Place a sheet of puff pastry on parchment paper.
7. Spread the caramelized onions on top of the pastry.
8. Place the mustard covered hot dogs on top of the onions.
9. Wrap the pastry around the hot dogs and onions.
10. Place the roll on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
11. Brush with an egg wash and score the top.
12. Bake until golden brown.
13. Slice and top with ketchup and mustard.
