# Tarta de quesitos con membrillo

## Ingredients

- 5 quesitos
- 150 g membrillo
- 4 huevos
- 2 yogures naturales
- 4 cucharadas azúcar
- 2 cucharadas harina de maíz refinada
- 10 arándanos
- 1 mantequilla
- 1 hojas de menta

## Instructions

1. Mezclar todos los ingredientes en una batidora y batir bien.
2. Verter la mezcla en un molde previamente engrasado con mantequilla.
3. Hornear a 180°C durante 40 minutos.
4. Dejar templar antes de desmoldar.
5. Decorar con arándanos y hojas de menta.
