# Minecraft Cake

A Minecraft-themed cake recipe with a simple sponge cake base and cream cheese frosting, decorated with strawberries to resemble Minecraft blocks.

## Ingredients

- 90 g milk
- 90 g vegetable oil
- 100 g cake flour
- 8 egg yolks
- 1 splash vanilla
- 8 egg whites
- 100 g sugar
- 7 g lemon juice
- 1 block cream cheese
- 1 splash heavy cream
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 10 strawberries

## Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix milk, vegetable oil, and cake flour.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together 8 egg yolks and a splash of vanilla.
3. In another bowl, beat 8 egg whites with 100g of sugar and 7g of lemon juice until medium peaks form.
4. Gently fold the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture.
5. Pour the batter into a 9"x9" pan and bake at 300°F (150°C) for 25 minutes. After the timer, turn the oven off and leave the cake inside for 5 minutes before taking it out.  Do not open the oven door while the cake is baking.
6. Prepare the cream cheese icing by mixing cream cheese, a splash of heavy cream, and 100g powdered sugar.
7. Frost the cake and freeze for 15 minutes.
8. Cut the frosted cake into 2.5"x2.5" squares.
9. Pipe extra cream cheese icing around the edges of each square.
10. Decorate each cake square with small pieces of strawberries.
