# Minecraft Cake

## Ingredients

- 90 g milk
- 90 g vegetable oil
- 100 g cake flour
- 8 egg yolks
- 1 splash vanilla
- 8 egg whites
- 100 g sugar
- 7 g lemon juice
- 1 block cream cheese
- 1 splash heavy cream
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 10 strawberries

## Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix 90g of milk, 90g of vegetable oil and 100g of cake flour.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk 8 egg yolks with a splash of vanilla.
3. In another bowl, beat 8 egg whites with 100g of sugar and 7g of lemon juice until stiff peaks form.
4. Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture.
5. Pour the batter into a 9"x9" pan and bake at 300°F (150°C) for 25 minutes. After the timer goes off, turn off the oven and leave the cake inside for 5 minutes before taking it out.
6. Let the cake cool completely.
7. Wash and clean the strawberries.
8. Remove the edges of the cake.
9. Prepare the cream cheese icing by mixing 1 block of cream cheese, a splash of heavy cream and 100g of powdered sugar.
10. Frost the cake and freeze for 15 minutes.
11. Cut the frosted cake into 2.5"x2.5" squares.
12. Pipe more icing on each square using Wilton tip #47.
13. Decorate with strawberries.
