# Capybara Potato Balls

Capybara potato balls are cute, cheesy potato balls shaped and decorated to look like capybaras.

## Ingredients

- 250 g mashed potato
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.25 tsp white pepper
- 1 quick melt cheese
- 1 all purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1 bread crumbs
- 1 mashed potato
- 1 soy sauce
- 1 mayonnaise
- 1 black food coloring

## Instructions

1. Boil and mash potatoes.
2. Add cornstarch, salt, garlic powder, and white pepper to mashed potatoes and mix well.
3. Roll the mixture into small balls, and place a small piece of cheese in the center of each ball.
4. Coat each potato ball in flour, then egg, and finally bread crumbs.
5. Bake or air fry at 170°C for 20 minutes.
6. Once cooked, create capybara faces using mashed potato mixed with soy sauce for the mouth and mayonnaise with black food coloring for the eyes.
