# Makawoni Gratine

## Ingredients

- onion
- green peppers
- Spam Less Sodium
- Edam cheese
- Smoked Gouda
- butter
- flour
- Haitian epis (seasoning base)
- 2 cans Carnation Evaporated Milk
- salt
- sazon seasoning
- Very Noicee All Purpose Seasoning
- penne pasta
- grated cheese
- Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
- Kraft Grated Parmesan & Romano Cheese

## Instructions

1. Dice the onion.
2. Dice the green peppers.
3. Dice the Spam.
4. Grate the Edam and Smoked Gouda cheeses.
5. Melt butter in a large pot over a portable gas stove.
6. Add flour to the melted butter and stir to create a roux.
7. Add diced Spam, green peppers, and onions to the pot and mix.
8. Add Haitian epis (seasoning base) to the pot and mix.
9. Open two cans of Carnation Evaporated Milk.
10. Pour both cans of evaporated milk into the pot.
11. Season with salt.
12. Add sazon seasoning.
13. Add Very Noicee All Purpose Seasoning.
14. Add cooked penne pasta to the sauce and mix well.
15. Add grated cheese to the pasta mixture and stir.
16. Add Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup to the mixture.
17. Transfer the macaroni mixture into a baking dish.
18. Top with Kraft Grated Parmesan & Romano Cheese.
19. Add more grated cheese on top.
20. Bake until the top is golden brown and cheesy.
