## Ingredients

- 4 eggs
- 1 lemon peel
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 lemon juice
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar

## Instructions

1. Crack 4 eggs into a bowl. Add the lemon peel.
2. Add 1 cup of light brown sugar and mix.
3. Add 2 cups of flour.
4. Add 1 cup of milk and mix.
5. Add 1 cup of vegetable oil and mix.
6. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and mix.
7. Add lemon juice from 2 lemons and baking powder.
8. Mix the lemon juice and baking powder well.
9. Add the lemon-baking powder mixture to the cake batter and mix.
10. Grease and flour the bundt cake pan.
11. Pour the batter into the cake pan.
12. Bake the cake.
13. Once the cake is cooked, let it cool down and flip it out of the cake pan.
14. Dust the cake with powdered sugar.
