# Sandwich Steak & Cheddar

## Ingredients

- ground beef
- salt
- 2 cheddar cheese slices
- 2 bread slices
- sauce
- onion
- pepper
- brown sugar
- olive oil

## Instructions

1. Salt the ground beef.
2. Form a ball with your hands.
3. Place in a pan over medium heat.
4. Smash it.
5. Flip it.
6. Put 2 slices of cheddar cheese on the steak.
7. Prepare 2 slices of bread with sauce.
8. Put the steak on the bread.
9. Cut onion rings.
10. Put them in the pan.
11. Add pepper and brown sugar.
12. Put the onion on top of the steak.
13. Add the sauce.
14. Close the sandwich.
15. Cook it in olive oil for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
