## Ingredients

- Red onion
- Olive oil
- Cherry tomatoes
- Minced garlic
- Butter
- Fresh basil
- Tomato paste
- Water
- Spaghetti
- Ricotta cheese
- Parsley
- Mozzarella cheese

## Instructions

1. Add chopped red onion and olive oil to a pan and cook.
2. Add halved cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, and butter to the pan.
3. Add fresh basil to the pan.
4. Add tomato paste to the pan and mix.
5. Add water to the pan.
6. Add spaghetti to the pan.
7. Mix the spaghetti until cooked and coated in the sauce.
8. Add ricotta cheese and parsley to the pasta and mix.
9. Add mozzarella cheese slices on top of the pasta.
10. Mix the mozzarella cheese into the pasta until melted and creamy.
11. Serve the pasta on a plate.
12. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
