# One pot cookie dough cheesecake

A delicious and easy-to-make one-pot, no-bake cookie dough cheesecake.

## Ingredients

- 5 g granulated sugar
- brown sugar
- softened butter
- milk
- 0.25 tsp vanilla
- plain flour
- chocolate chips
- cream cheese
- 1 tbsp icing sugar
- 10 g chocolate chips

## Instructions

1. Mix softened butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar.
2. Add milk and vanilla and mix them in.
3. Add plain flour and mix to form a dough.
4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
5. Roll half the dough into 1 tsp balls.
6. Press the rest into a ramekin.
7. Smooth it out.
8. For the filling, whisk together cream cheese, icing sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
9. Fold in the chocolate chips.
10. Scoop it onto the base and smooth it out.
11. Place the cookie dough balls on top.
12. Add some chocolate chips.
13. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
