# Brownie Cheesecake de Lotus

## Ingredients

- 200 gr chocolate negro
- 150 gr mantequilla
- 200 gr azucar
- 180 gr huevo
- 100 gr harina
- pizca sal
- gusto crema lotus
- 531 gr Philadelphia
- 150 gr azúcar
- 100 gr huevo
- 65 gr harina floja
- 105 gr mantequilla

## Instructions

1. Melt dark chocolate and mix with butter.
2. Add sugar and mix.
3. Add flour and mix.
4. Add egg and mix until combined.
5. Put brownie mixture, lotus cream, and oreo in a round mold of 20 centimeters in diameter.
6. Cook for about 10 minutes in the oven.
7. Add the cheesecake mix.
8. Add lotus cream on top.
