## Ingredients

- 2 ضمة جرجير مقطعين خشن
- 2 حبة بندوره بلديات
- 1 بصلايه صغيرة
- 3 حبات فطر فريش كبار
- ملح
- 1 ملعقة صغيرة سماق بلدي
- 1 عصير ليمونه
- لب الليمون

## Instructions

1. نقطع الجرجير خشن.
2. نقطع حبتين البندورة البلدية قطع كبيرة.
3. نقطع البصلاية الصغيرة ترانشات.
4. نفرك البصل بشوية ملح.
5. نقطع ثلاث حبات فطر فريش كبار.
6. نضع الفطر على وجه السلطة.
7. نتبل السلطة بالملح والسماق البلدي وعصير الليمون.
8. نستخرج لب الليمون ونضعه على الوجه.
