## Ingredients

- 3 egg whites
- 1 cup sugar
- 26 ritz crackers
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tub Cool Whip
- 1 Hershey Bar

## Instructions

1. Beat three egg whites with a cup of sugar until thick and creamy.
2. Crush 26 Ritz crackers using a rolling pin.
3. Combine crushed Ritz crackers, a cup of chopped pecans, a teaspoon of baking powder, and a teaspoon of vanilla in a bag and mix well.
4. Pour the mixture into a greased 8x8 baking pan.
5. Spread the mixture evenly in the pan.
6. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
7. Once cooled, spread a tub of Cool Whip over the baked mixture.
8. Garnish with shaved Hershey Bar pieces.
