## Ingredients

- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 egg
- 1 cup yogurt
- 4 cups flour
- 1 cilantro garlic butter
- 1 pinch Maldon salt

## Instructions

1. Add warm water, sugar, and active dry yeast to a mixing bowl. Give it a light mix.
2. Add oil, egg, and yogurt to the mixture and whisk it all up.
3. Lay down flour and make a well. Pour in the yeast mixture, bringing the flour in.
4. Knead the dough for 10 minutes. Add a little more flour if it's too sticky.
5. Form the dough into a ball and place it into a lightly oiled bowl. Place a hot kitchen towel over it, and let it rise for 40-60 minutes in a warm place.
6. Get the risen dough out, cut it into eight pieces, and roll them out into rounds.
7. Cook each naan in a medium-high heat lightly oiled pan for about a minute per side, until bubbles form. Flip once.
8. Brush each naan with cilantro garlic butter and a little Maldon salt.
