- mint
- pistachios

## Instructions

1. Pour the salmorejo on the plate.
2. Place the burrata in the center.
3. Add the cherry tomatoes around the burrata.
4. Place the pesto around the burrata and cherry tomatoes.
5. Add some mint on top.
6. Cut the burrata with a knife and fork.
7. Add some bread.
