# Creamy Corn Casserole

## Ingredients

- 2 eggs
- 15.25 ounces Sweet Golden Corn
- 15.25 ounces Sweet Corn Cream Style
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 8.5 ounces Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 0.25 cup sugar
- 0.5 cup melted butter

## Instructions

1. Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and whisk them.
2. Add one 15.25 oz can of sweet golden corn and one 15.25 oz can of sweet cream style corn to the bowl.
3. Add 16 oz of sour cream.
4. Add one 8.5 oz box of Jiffy corn muffin mix.
5. Add 1/4 cup of sugar.
6. Whisk until well combined.
7. Pour 1/2 cup of melted butter into the mixture and whisk again.
8. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
9. Sprinkle the top with an additional 1/4 cup of sugar.
10. Bake in the oven until golden brown.
