## Ingredients

- 5 Strawberries
- 20 ml Lemon Juice
- 20 ml Simple Syrup
- 30 ml Gin
- 60 ml Aperol
- 1 Egg White

## Instructions

1. Add strawberries to a glass.
2. Add lemon juice.
3. Add simple syrup.
4. Muddle the strawberries.
5. Add gin.
6. Add Aperol.
7. Add egg white.
8. Dry shake.
9. Shake well.
10. Strain into a coupe glass.
11. Garnish with strawberries and a flower.
