# Irresistible Salsa

## Ingredients

- 8 tomatillos
- 2 chile guajillos
- 1 chile ancho
- 15 chiles de arbol
- 4 garlic cloves
- 0.5 white onion
- 1 handful olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon mexican oregano
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons vinegar

## Instructions

1. Remove the stems from the tomatillos and wash them in warm water.
2. Heat up your preferred cooking oil in a pan.
3. Add the tomatillos, one cut ancho chile, two cut guajillo chiles, and a handful of chiles de árbol to the pan.
4. Add three to four garlic cloves and half an onion to the pan.
5. Fry for about a minute.
6. Remove the chiles and garlic.
7. Keep the pan covered so the tomatillos can continue to cook.
8. Add the chiles and garlic to a blender.
9. Add one cup of water, a splash of vinegar, one teaspoon of Mexican oregano, salt, and the onion to the blender.
10. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
11. Add the tomatillos and blend until you reach the desired consistency.
