## Ingredients

- 1 1/3 cup ice cream
- 1 1/3 cup mochiko

## Instructions

1. Let 1/3 cup ice cream melt
2. Mix in 1/3 cup mochiko
3. Poke holes, microwave for 1 minute, mix and microwave for 45 seconds
4. Knead and roll out with lots of starch
5. Cut into 4 equal pieces
6. Add a scoop of ice cream and wrap very quickly
7. Freeze for 2 hours
