# French Apple Yogurt Cake

## Ingredients

- 3 eggs
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 100 g sugar
- 125 g plain yogurt
- 180 g all-purpose flour
- 6 g baking powder
- 0.5 cup oil
- 3 apples
- 1 tbsp brown sugar

## Instructions

1. Mix eggs, salt, sugar, vanilla extract, and yogurt together in a large bowl.
2. Add flour and baking powder.
3. Mix well.
4. Add oil.
5. Mix well.
6. Add the chopped apples.
7. Mix.
8. Pour the mixture into a prepared baking pan.
9. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C / 356°F for 40-50 minutes.
