## Ingredients

- 1 3/4 cup plain all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 large egg
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup hot coffee

## Instructions

1. Sift together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt into a bowl.
2. Add eggs, buttermilk, oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients, then whisk until combined.
3. Pour in hot coffee and mix well with a wooden spoon.
4. Pour the batter into a parchment-lined cake pan.
5. Preheat oven to 180°C and bake.
